The FLC400 liquid turbine flowmeter is a precision volumetric flow instrument engineered for clean, low-viscosity liquids. It combines a high-accuracy turbine sensor with an intelligent converter supporting 2-wire 4-20mA, pulse and RS485 MODBUS-RTU outputs, as well as local LCD display. With 0.5% accuracy, a wide 1:10 range ratio and DN10-DN200 sizes, the FLC400 delivers reliable flow measurement across petrochemical, metallurgy, paper making and general industrial processes. As a core instrument of the computing-power industry, it is widely deployed in data center liquid cooling loops — precisely metering coolant flow in CDU and cold-plate systems and feeding real-time data to BMS/DCIM platforms for energy-efficient thermal management.

- No sealing ring, no leakage; materials: 304SS/316SS sensor, dual-phase 2205 or 430F impeller.
- Ingress protection IP65 standard (IP67/IP68 optional); optional high temperature type up to 150℃.
When the measured liquid flows through the sensor, its internal impeller rotates with the liquid kinetic energy. The impeller blades cause the magnetic resistance in the detection device to change periodically, inducing an electric pulse signal proportional to the flow rate at both ends of the detection coil. The pulse signal is amplified by the preamplifier and sent to the display unit, where a single-chip microcomputer calculates the instantaneous flow rate and the accumulated total from the pulse count and the meter coefficient K (K=f/Q and K=N/V).
