Characteristics

◆ Excellent double-diaphragm design. The laminated multi-layer diaphragm structure ensures uniform diaphragm stress and durability.
◆ The PTFE double diaphragm offers excellent corrosion and permeation resistance.
◆ The diaphragm condition monitoring system outputs a signal when the diaphragm is damaged, ensuring continued operation until the diaphragm is replaced or the pump is shut down, without contaminating the metered medium.
◆ Precise eccentric design features a cam and spring eccentric mechanism and an integral sleeve adjustable eccentric transmission mechanism.
◆ The static seal of the hydraulic end diaphragm replaces the dynamic seal of the plunger, ensuring leak-free transport of the pumped medium.
◆ The slide directly drives the diaphragm movement, rather than relying on hydraulic pressure to drive the diaphragm in a reciprocating cycle. This simplifies the mechanical diaphragm pump's structure and makes maintenance easier.
◆ Smooth and stable output flow can be adjusted steplessly using the fine-tuning knob, whether the pump is stopped or running.

How it works

The motor drives the worm gear pair, which, through an eccentric mechanism, converts the motor's rotational motion into reciprocating motion of a slide rod. This reciprocating motion directly drives the mechanical diaphragm to undergo periodic deformation, thereby achieving the intake and discharge of the medium.

 

Scope of application

They are widely used in industries such as environmental protection, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, sewage treatment, and municipal water supply, and can transport corrosive slurries and hazardous chemicals.
In recent years, they have also been widely adopted in the cement grinding aid industry.
