SUP-TDS210-B Conductivity/Hardness/Resistivity Online analyzer, an intelligent Online chemical analyzer, is widely applied for continuous monitoring and measurement of EC value or TDS value or ER value and temperature in the solution in the industry of thermal power, chemical fertilizer, environmental protection, metallurgy, pharmacy, biochemistry, food and water, etc.
The TDS210-B is a professional industrial conductivity controller designed for continuous online monitoring of conductivity (EC), total dissolved solids (TDS), resistivity and solution temperature. It combines a bright 2.8-inch LCD display, isolated 4-20mA transmission output and RS485 Modbus RTU communication in a compact IP54 panel-mount housing. Widely used in thermal power plants, chemical, pharmaceutical, food & beverage and water treatment industries, the TDS210-B delivers stable, repeatable measurements with automatic or manual temperature compensation - making it an ideal conductivity meter for demanding process environments.

FAQ
Q:What parameters can the TDS210-B measure?
The TDS210-B continuously measures conductivity (EC), total dissolved solids (TDS) and resistivity (ER), together with solution temperature. Units can be switched between µS/cm, mS/cm, ppm and MΩ·cm directly on the front panel.
Q:Which electrodes are compatible with this conductivity controller?
Four electrode constants are supported: 0.01, 0.1, 1.0 and 10.0, covering measurements from 0.05 µS/cm (ultra-pure water) up to 20 mS/cm (high-conductivity process streams). Select the electrode constant that matches your measuring range.
Q:Does it support 4-20mA output and RS485 Modbus communication?
Yes. The controller provides a genuinely isolated 4-20mA transmission output (max loop 750Ω, ±0.2%FS) and an isolated RS485 interface with the standard MODBUS-RTU protocol, allowing easy integration with PLC, SCADA or DCS systems.
Q:How does temperature compensation work?
You can choose automatic temperature compensation with NTC10K or Pt1000 sensors, or manual compensation. The compensation range is -10°C to 130°C and the temperature coefficient is adjustable from 0.00 to 0.03 (default 0.02).
Q:What alarm functions does the TDS210-B have?
Two relay channels provide high and low alarms with independent hysteresis settings to prevent repeated alarm triggering. The relay contacts are rated AC250V/3A with both normally open (NO) and normally closed (NC) terminals.
Q:How do I calibrate the TDS210-B?
The controller supports single-point calibration with any standard solution, such as 147.0 µS/cm, 1413 µS/cm or 12.88 mS/cm. First set the temperature compensation mode, place the electrode into the standard solution, wait for the reading to stabilize, then confirm the calibration. A shortcut key enters the calibration interface directly.
Q:Is the controller suitable for outdoor or wet environments?
The TDS210-B is designed for indoor panel mounting with IP54 protection. Avoid direct sunlight, rain, environments above 85% RH, strong vibration and high electromagnetic interference sources.
