Multi-channel Gas Detection Alarm Control Cabinet

The Multi-channel Gas Detection Alarm Control Cabinet is an intelligent, high-performance gas monitoring and alarm control system designed to work with multiple fixed gas transmitters simultaneously. It supports up to 4 channels of 4-20 mA standard signal inputs, enabling real-time acquisition and processing of gas concentration data from various sensors.

Characteristics

Input Signal: 1–4 channels of 4-20 mA current loop inputs (supports both 2-wire and 3-wire configuration).

Detected Gases & Ranges:

  • Oxygen: 0–30 % VOL
  • Combustible gases: 0–100 %LEL
  • CO: 0–1000 ppm (optional up to 5000 ppm)
  • H₂S: 0–100 ppm (optional extended ranges)
  • NH₃, H₂, Cl₂, SO₂, NO₂, CO₂ and other gases available (optional).

Resolution: 0.1 %VOL, 1 ppm, or 0.1 ppm depending on gas type.

Alarm Thresholds: Programmable low and high alarm levels per channel.

Power Supply: AC 220 V ±10 %, 50 Hz.

Operating Environment: Typical industrial conditions: temperature range –10 ℃ to +50 ℃; relative humidity <95 % (non-condensing).

The multi-way alarm controller is an intelligent controllable system developed by our company that can simultaneously process 1-way, 2-way,and 4-way of 4-20mA transmitter signal acquisition. With the characteristics of high stability, high accuracy, and high intelligence, it has a rich external control port, and users can freely choose the type of transmitter and access port, and can perform on-site detection and alarm through simple settings.The current version of the system has integrated audible and visual alarms, 4 normally open relays (for external alarms or other control devices) and 4
standard 4-20mA current loop inputs.
The system is mainly used in situations where it is necessary to detect combustible or various toxic gases, to display the concentration value of the gas to be detected. If the concentration of a certain gas to be detected in the scene exceeds or is lower than the set alarm value, the system will automatically carry out a series of alarming actions, such as alarming,exhausting, tripping and so on (depending on the user's different settings).
